Arnold Morales

Board Member

Arnold Morales is our newest board member at Listen and Talk. Arnold Morales has been involved with Listen and Talk since 2019, when his daughter Amelia was diagnosed with hearing loss.

Amelia was aided at four months old and received Birth to Three Services. She was implanted with a cochlear implant at age three and graduated from the Listen-and-Talk preschool in 2023.  Amelia now attends Kindergarten.

Arnold received a bachelor’s and master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and works as an engineering manager at Boeing. He has experience in education as a previous adjunct professor at Ivy Tech Community College.

Arnold is very active on LinkedIn, helping students and early career professionals land jobs and be promoted. His volunteering won him the Pioneer Award 2023 from Great Minds in STEM.

Arnold loves to spend time with his wife, Elizabeth and is expecting a baby boy in 2025. Amelia is going to be the best big sister.
