Roxanne is a Birth to Three Provider and part of the referral team at Listen and Talk. She graduated from California Lutheran University with her Masters of Science in the Education of Deaf and Hard of Hearing Students. Roxanne holds her Listening and Spoken Language Specialist credential. She enjoys connecting with families and watching the students make progress throughout the year. In her personal time, Roxanne loves to enjoy sunshine, read and exercise.
